1. Made-to-Order Custom Processing

Due to the bespoke nature of processed tempered, insulating, laminated, and frit glass, orders cannot be cancelled or altered once raw glass cutting or heat treatment has commenced.

2. Order Review & Amendments

Customers are advised to thoroughly verify sizes, thicknesses, hole drilling coordinates, and edge finishes during order drawing approval prior to production release.

3. Quality Claims

Any concerns regarding delivered glass must be reported upon physical receipt with dispatch inspection documentation for verification by our quality control laboratory.
